This classic repositioning was put together by WECCO and partners.  The acquisition originally included over 13,000 SF of prime retail space on one of Charleston’s busiest corners.  Through various restructures and new lease negotiations, this long-term investment has exceeded all expectations.  Among other things, this building is known for being home to one of Charleston’s most famous restaurants-Slightly North of Broad (SNOB).
